I accept commissions on a case-by-case basis given the time-frame requested. The commission package includes the original art, the handwritten story, and one 8x8 Giclée print of the tree with the story embedded. You may also upgrade your print size or upgrade to a canvas print of any size. We will leave your options and upgrade costs open to discussion once the original art and story has been completed.
The best way to approach a commission is to imagine the spirit of the tree and the essence of a story you would like conveyed. These trees have minds of their own, and I find that when I set an intention for something or someone, they simply emerge. If I try to put rules and expectations on them, they rebel through mucky colors and wonky lines.
Once illustrated and storied, I will show you the finished product. If you are not 100% truly-madly-deeply in love with your tree and his/her story, you will get a FULL REFUND minus a 15% service fee. S/he will happily move into one of our forests.
