apparently, DO NOT BEND means different things to different postal workers? so when my much anticipated print arrived nestled between 2 solid pieces of cardboard with a bright orange sticker on it that read DO NOT BEND looking like it was folded in half to be shoved into a postal parcel, I was devastated. It was a birthday gift for a friend that I was really excited about but also late ordering because sincere unique gift giving as “grown-ups” is not really easy. I reached out to Tracy, hoping to find a way to fix the crease down the middle of the print. Instead she handled my issue with such compassion and grace and replaced the print immediately. Giovanni got his birthday tree, a lil later than the late I already was but he loved it nonetheless !! Thank you Tracy and the trees 💚🥂✨ I’ll definitely order again !
Trees have feelings prints are all wonderful, and the Christmas cards this year (2024) are the best yet!
